Class Schedule
The Class Schedule is a guideline only,
if you wish to come at a different time then just let Taoiseach
Brown know and he will make allowances to match your schedule.

“A” Days – Mondays
and Tuesdays. Curriculum consists of Forms, Target Practice
and Defensive Techniques.
Come to the class according to your rank.
“B” Days – Wednesdays
and Thursdays. Curriculum consists of Sparring, Elective training and partner drills. Come to the class according to your program.
“C” Days – Fridays and
Saturdays. These are makeup days for missed classes. The
Curriculum consists of the instructor’s choice.
Beginner Students are White thru Orange
Belt
Intermediate Students are Orange thru Blue
Belt
Advanced Students are Blue Senior Belts and up
Adult Classes are for those students age
13 and up. Those under age 18 may be asked to leave if they
cannot maintain appropriate maturity. Adults can still attend
other classes, depending on your membership level
Four Winds is a class for those that want
to add martial gymnastics to their training.
Weapons Class provides training in several different weapons. We change each semester.
Guardian Class is for our most advanced
students as they train to become Instructors and Masters.
This membership includes Bo Staff training, Sword training, Leadership training and a monthly meditation class.
Class Curriculums vary from day to day. Everyday there
is a lesson relating martial arts training to our everyday
lives. These include issues such as compassion for our fellow
man, responsibility for our actions, using self-control,
developing the qualities of leadership, addressing stress
reduction and finding balance in a chaotic world.
