About the program:
The American Top Team is like a 'Family' and when you join you become a member of that family, working out together, encouraging each other, training and helping each other, this has been the reason ATT is as big and successful as it is.
About the Workout:
Great conditioning is the key to any champion. For each class there is a hardcore work out for 30 minutes. Week by week we could be working on upper body strength, core, legs or mixing it up. We work both cardio and strength training along with body conditioning. The workout is intense but all the students enjoy it, feeding off each others energy and achieving some amazing physical improvements. You will be amazed at what you will achieve!
- Striking - Muay Thai & Boxing. Movement, control, striking with hands, feet, elbows, knees and shins.
- Clinch & Takedowns - Wrestling. Grips, pummeling, shoot fighting, takedowns, Control, movement, sprawling, defense.
- Ground - Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ). Positions, transitioning and submissions, back to back each class.
Classes are 1 Hour 15 minutes long, and each class has at least 15 minutes on each of the above, working training and drills. The classes work as building blocks to evolve the all round fighter. The American Top Team belt color system is used to monitor your progression and training. So whether you're a beginner looking to start your basic training or an experienced martial artist this program is right for you!
